Payam has over 15 years of experience in management and implementation of Information Technology. His areas of expertise are Oracle based solutions including Oracle Application Server, Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle ADF, J2EE, SQL Tuning, Server Architecture and Design as well as Project Management.
